PKRSpin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PKRSpin ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing live casino games or downloading the PKRSpin mobile app, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms apply to all features of the PKRSpin platform, including but not limited to sports betting, PSL and cricket wagering, live casino, slots, promotions, the VIP programme and all payment transactions conducted in PKR. Where specific game rules or promotion terms differ from these general Terms, the specific rules for that game or promotion will apply.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English text is the authoritative version. PKRSpin may provide translated summaries for convenience, but the English Terms govern.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to use PKRSpin you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be able to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion period, whether set by you or imposed by PKRSpin.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or a business entity when using a personal account.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and any subsequent verification process.

PKRSpin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one PKRSpin account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide:

• Your real full name as it appears on your national identity documents.
• A valid, active email address that you control.
• Your date of birth.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name.
• The payment method you intend to use — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or card.

PKRSpin may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when account activity triggers a review. Requested documents typically include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address and, where relevant, confirmation of the payment method used. Providing false, misleading or forged documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4. Deposits & Payments

PKRSpin accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and standard debit or credit cards. All transactions on the platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees. PKRSpin does not apply currency conversion charges on its end; any fees charged by your payment provider are separate from PKRSpin's processing.

• A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the point of transaction in the Deposit section of your account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit your PKRSpin balance within minutes of confirmation. Raast transfers are instant. Bank transfer timings depend on your bank's processing schedule.
• PKRSpin reserves the right to request verification of a payment method before crediting funds, particularly for first-time deposits or where the source of funds is unclear.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance and converted into active play. Contact support before placing bets if you believe a deposit was made in error.

5. Withdrawals

PKRSpin processes withdrawal requests in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to a different account or third-party account are not permitted and will be declined.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement; once verified, subsequent withdrawals proceed without repeat document submission unless PKRSpin has reason to re-verify.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on your bank.
• VIP players at higher tiers receive prioritised withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.
• PKRSpin reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if the account is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement, an ongoing security review, or a suspicious activity investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PKRSpin offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions, cashback offers, free bet credits and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms displayed at the point of claim, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before requirements are met will be removed from your account along with any winnings derived from them.
• Certain games and bet types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements — for example, some casino games may contribute less than 100% of each bet staked. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, colluding with other players, or using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus offers — is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.
• PKRSpin reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Sports Betting Rules

PKRSpin offers sports betting markets on cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and ICC tournaments), football, esports and other sports. The following general betting rules apply across all markets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. PKRSpin does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed on the platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by market and event.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within a specified time window, PKRSpin's settlement rules for that sport and market type will apply. These are published in the help section accessible from the FAQ page.
• PKRSpin reserves the right to void a bet or an entire market if there is evidence of a corrupt or manipulated event, if incorrect odds were published due to a technical error, or if the event outcome is materially affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conduct.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension during key moments in a match — such as the fall of a wicket in cricket or a goal in football. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted.
• Accumulator and multi-bet options are available on selected markets. If one selection in an accumulator is void, the bet is recalculated as if that selection was not included, and the remaining selections stand.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed within your account settings. Winnings exceeding these limits will be paid up to the stated maximum only.

8. Live Casino & Slots

PKRSpin's live casino and slots library is available to all verified players. The following rules apply to casino and slot gameplay.

• All casino games and slots on PKRSpin are provided by third-party game studios. The rules of each individual game are governed by that game's own ruleset, which is accessible within the game interface.
• Live casino games are conducted in real time via live video stream. Connection interruptions during a live game do not entitle you to a refund of bets placed before the disconnection. Bets placed and confirmed before a disconnection will be settled according to the actual game outcome.
• In the unlikely event of a game malfunction — such as a software error, disconnection at the game server level or an interrupted round — PKRSpin will investigate and settle the affected round based on available records. If a fair settlement cannot be determined, the bet amount for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per hand, spin or round are displayed within each game. These limits may vary by table, game type and VIP tier.
• PKRSpin does not offer skill-based games against other players (peer-to-peer poker or card rooms are not part of the current platform offering).

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKRSpin. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false identity information, forged documents or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to place bets, exploit odds or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome at the expense of PKRSpin.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches to place bets at incorrect odds. Any winnings from bets placed at clearly erroneous odds will be voided.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds connected to any unlawful activity. PKRSpin is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Sharing your account login with any other person, including family members, or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Depositing funds from a payment account that does not belong to you.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing PKRSpin staff, support agents or other players through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

PKRSpin is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for adult players. Betting and casino games are entertainment, and they should remain that way. PKRSpin provides the following responsible gaming tools as standard features of every account.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits apply immediately across all devices and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct on your part — for example, if PKRSpin ceases to offer services in a particular region — any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13. Limitation of Liability

PKRSpin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous uptime, we cannot guarantee that the website, app or any specific feature will be available at all times without interruption, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or due to circumstances beyond our control.

• PKRSpin is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end, including disconnections during live betting or live casino sessions.
• PKRSpin is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including loss of expected winnings from a bet that was not placed due to a platform outage.
• PKRSpin's total liability to any player for direct losses arising from platform errors is limited to the value of the bet or deposit directly affected by the error.
• Nothing in these Terms limits PKRSpin's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be legally excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

PKRSpin may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and display a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the PKRSpin platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the updated Terms come into effect.
